Job Descriptions
Job responsibilities
01) To provide support to the corporate services department in the aspects of secretarial duties and functions in relation to compliance with the statutory regulations and guidelines. To handle all aspects of company secretarial works.
02) Assist in all spectrum of corporate secretarial works and other corporate exercises undertaken by the Group.
03) Assist in organising, coordinating and attending the Group’s general meetings, Board and Board Committee meetings, Executive Committee or any management / working committee meetings, including the compilation of the necessary meeting papers.
04) Assist in compliance works with regard to the Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements, the Companies Act and all relevant acts and rules and meet all statutory compliance deadlines.
05) Assist in maintaining and updating the statutory books and records in compliance with the Companies Act 2016, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad’s Listing Requirements and any other relevant Act, rules, regulations and guidelines of relevant governing authorities and bodies.
Job Requirement
01) ICSA qualification.
02) At least 1 years of relevant working experience of corporate secretarial.
03) Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
04) Computer literate
Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities) :
05) Have knowledge in Companies Act, Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements, CCM and other relevant regulatory acts, laws and guidelines.
06) Meticulous, committed and able to work independently with minimum supervision, possess strong compliance competency and high degree of integrity.
07) A good team player and good interpersonal skills.
08) Good verbal and written communication skills
09) Interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels
10) Attention to details and a well-organised approach to work
11) Ability to prioritise and work well under pressure
