Position: Sales & Marketing Executive

(Phone Repair & Maxis Dealer)

Location: Chukai / Kemaman

Employment Type: Full-Time / 3-Month Contract

Salary: RM1,700 – RM2,300 + Commission

Total Earnings: RM3,000 – RM4,000++

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute sales and marketing activities for:
• Mobile phone repair services
• Maxis products (Postpaid, Fiber, Devices)
• Handle and follow up customer leads via WhatsApp, DM, and calls
• Close sales for walk-in and online customers
• Plan and create marketing content for:
• TikTok, Facebook, Instagram
• Manage monthly promotions and sales campaigns
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
• Prepare basic sales and performance reports

Requirements (Mandatory):

• Minimum 1 year experience in Sales & Marketing
• Proven experience in customer closing and online marketing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven and able to work under pressure
• Responsible, disciplined, and self-motivated

Added Advantage:

• Experience in telco, phone repair, or retail industry
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut / Canva)
• Own customer database or strong lead network
