Jawatan Kosong OSH & Environmental Internship in Nilai

Duties & Responsibilities & Accountabilities :-

Key Responsibilities:-

Communication and Engagement:-

• Assist in the development and implementation of safety communication strategies i.e SHE Board, Bunting, Banners, Digital Communication, Basic Training.
• Collaborate with the safety team to create engaging content for internal communication channels.
• Participate in safety committee meeting and contribute ideas to enhance safety culture.

Program Development:-

• Support the execution and improvement of safety and health program.
• Conduct research to identify industry best practices and recommend program enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate safety into various aspects of the organization.

Training Initiative:-

• Assist in planning, organization and delivering safety training.
• Assist in improvement of training materials and resources to support safety education programs.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and propose improvement based on feedback.

Qualification/ Experience:-

• Diploma or Degree holder relevant to Occupational Safety and Health.

Technical Competencies:-

Foundational Understanding of OSH:

• Basis knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health(OSH) legislation, encompassing regulatory requirement.
• Familiarity with operational hazard control methods to ensure a secure working environment.

English Language Proficiency:-

• Capability to express ideas effectively in written English.

Graphic Design Skills:-

• Proficiency in utilizing basic graphic design tools for creating visually appealing and informative materials relevant to SHE.

Behavioural Competencies: -

• Must have the confidence to speak and present to groups of team's members.
• Ability to excel with limited direction, self-managed.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM500.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Language:

• Mandarin (Preferred)
• Bahasa (Preferred)
