Admin Assistant Job Description

• Back END Support with SEDA. FIT registration, application. Docs Support for Individual, Non Individual, Community
• TNB, SEDA client registration
• Liaison with Government Projects Documentation
• Update of Master SSY Contact List
• Liaison with authorities about Solar Pv installation
• Understand ISO Documentation standards
• Documents filing for all clients in softcopy and hardcopy.
• Data back up every Friday or Saturday.
• Operate office machinery, including photocopiers, scanners, telephone and voicemail systems, and computers
• Maintain updated systems for filing, inventory, mailing, and databases
• Handle incoming and outgoing office correspondence
• Compile and maintain records of office activities and business transactions
• Email arrangements.

Administrative Assistant Requirements And Qualifications

• Proficient in the use of computers, including accounting software, database software, document management software, and 1
• Strong communication skills; ability to interact productively with supervisors, peers, and subordinates
• Superb organizational skills
• Excellent time management
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 3 years experience in Administration field
