Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Help in managing inventory records and updating stock levels.
• Support the preparation of warehouse documents such as delivery orders, stock transfers, and goods received notes.
• Assist in coordinating shipments and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
• Help maintain proper storage organization and stock arrangement.
• Support warehouse stock checks and assist in inventory audits.
• Coordinate with courier services and logistic partners for deliveries.
• Assist in resolving any logistic or warehouse-related issues.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to ensure a safe working environment.
• Perform other warehouse and logistics tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• A team player with good communication skills.
• Physically fit and able to handle warehouse duties.
