Ringkasan Kerja

Pemandu Reach Truck bertanggungjawab mengendalikan forklift dengan selamat dan cekap untuk memindahkan, menyusun, memuat dan memunggah barangan, bahan serta produk di dalam gudang atau kawasan pengeluaran. Peranan ini memerlukan pematuhan ketat terhadap piawaian keselamatan, ketepatan inventori dan keperluan kebersihan bagi memastikan operasi gudang berjalan lancar.

Skop Kerja / Tanggungjawab

• Mengendalikan reach truck dengan selamat untuk memindahkan palet dan bahan di dalam gudang.
• Memuat, memunggah, dan menyusun barangan di rak tinggi dengan tepat.
• Memastikan semua palet stabil, selamat, dan diletakkan dengan betul.
• Menggunakan pengimbas (scanner) untuk mengemas kini pergerakan stok secara masa nyata bagi memastikan ketepatan inventori.
• Menyusun semula stok dan mengoptimumkan susunan rak untuk memaksimumkan kapasiti gudang.
• Melakukan pemeriksaan harian ke atas peralatan (contoh: bateri, brek, fork).
• Melaporkan sebarang kerosakan, masalah peralatan, atau isu keselamatan dengan segera.

Kemahiran & Kelayakan

• Mempunyai lesen sah untuk mengendalikan reach truck atau forklift.
• Pengetahuan asas mengenai operasi gudang dan prosedur keselamatan.
• Koordinasi tangan dan mata yang baik serta teliti.
• Pemahaman asas mengenai Sistem Pengurusan Gudang (WMS).
