Requirements:

• Fresh graduate in business administration or quality management or minimum of 2 years of experience in the related field of ISO quality management systems.
• Must be well versed in the ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System Requirements
• Must have basic knowledge of OSH requirements.
• Certified OSH coordinator is an added advantage.
• Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications.
• Capable to speak, write and conduct presentations in English and Bahasa Malaysia effectively and fluently.
• Must have an approachable and sociable personality with a positive attitude for customer hospitality, meticulous attention to details, focused and vigilant.

Job Responsibilities:

• Able to perform ISO internal audit independently and report all findings in the Management Review Meeting.
• Manage and control all QMS documented information and prevent any unauthorized editing.
• To perform secretarial functions in the Management Review Meeting.
• Review all departmental SOP’s periodically.
• To ensure continuous implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 especially improvement to the system.
• Assist HOD’s in reviewing SOP’s and initiating changes or amendments in the procedures.
• To assist 3rd party auditors in all audit activities related to ISO or any other standards.
• To conduct departmental process control inspection from time to time or as and when necessary.
• To ensure corrective action for non-conformity are effective and closed timely.
• Able to conduct HIRARC at the workplace.
• To establish safe system of work at the workplace.
• Liaison between DOSH, local authority and related authorities of safety and health issues.To conduct safety inspection periodically.
• As a secretary for the ESH committee

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
