Xin Hwa Trading & Transport Sdn Bhd Job Vacancies Jun 2026

Location: Kempas Baru

Responsibilities:

• To prepare EPF/SOCSO monthly contribution to drivers to Finance & Accounts Department for payment and ensure drivers signed any relevant documents.
• To key in drivers advance/deduction into system and prepare driver commission for all branch monthly.
• To key in/update driver personal particulars - employee no/EPF/SOCSO in DOMAIN system
• To check and update any outstanding deduction such as advance/penalty/ damages etc into DOMAIN system.
• To check & update the status of toll receipt prior sending to Finance & Accounts Dept for payment.
• To prepare for SOCSO claim purpose for any incident/accident for driver.
• To do filing on documentation such as voucher/deduction/payment.
• To monitor and checking subordinates on related to drivers commission, deduction and etc.
• To perform any other duties when given by superior.
• Preparing for HRD application for any training for claim purpose.
• Filing all related to payroll/employees related documents.
• Prepare for SOCSO claim purpose for any incident/accident for staff.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advance / Higher / Graduate / Degree in related field.
• At least year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• HR Management knowledge and computer literate.
• Able to work with minimum supervision.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Melayu, English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
