Location: Ipoh, Perak
Employment Type: Full-Time
Probation Salary: RM2,300/month
Confirmed Salary: RM2,500/month
Travel: Nationwide, when required

Job Overview

We are looking for a young, energetic and highly motivated Business Development Executive to support the growth of our Takaful agency.

This is a dynamic role combining business development, recruitment, lead generation, social media, TikTok LIVE hosting, events and administrative support.

The successful candidate must be comfortable communicating with people, appearing on camera and working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the agency’s business development and growth activities.
• Source, approach and follow up with potential Takaful agent candidates.
• Generate and follow up on sales and recruitment leads.
• Arrange appointments, interviews and career opportunity sessions.
• Conduct TikTok LIVE sessions for recruitment, lead generation and agency branding.
• Create and assist with social media content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other platforms.
• Respond to enquiries generated through social media and marketing campaigns.
• Participate in roadshows, recruitment events, career fairs and agency activities.
• Assist in organising training programmes, meetings and team-building activities.
• Maintain prospect databases and provide regular follow-up and progress reports.
• Provide basic administrative and operational support to the agency.
• Travel throughout Malaysia for business activities, events or programmes when required.
• Perform other business development duties assigned by management.

Candidate Requirements

• Male, 25 years old and below.
• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Based in Ipoh, Perak, or willing to work in Ipoh.
• Possess a valid driving licence.
• Willing and able to travel throughout Malaysia.
• Able to work at night, on weekends and outside normal working hours when required.
• Confident and comfortable appearing on camera and hosting TikTok LIVE.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Active, energetic and comfortable meeting new people.
• Familiar with social media platforms, especially TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
• Able to work independently as well as within a team.
• Responsible, disciplined, proactive and willing to learn.
• Able to work in a target-driven environment.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Working Arrangement

Monday – Friday: Regular working days
Evenings / Weekends: When required for TikTok LIVE, events, recruitment activities, training or business programmes
Outstation: Nationwide when required

Salary

During Probation: RM2,300/month
Upon Confirmation: RM2,500/month
