Jawatan Kosong Junior Site Supervisor in Seremban

Job Scope:

• inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazard
• supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractor
• To check materials upon delivery on site.
• supervising and monitoring site works, materials, labors and machineries
• performing other tasks instructed by superior
• able to work under pressure
• Involving in testing, commissioning activities, handling over of the job and establishing warranty dates.
• Maintaining requisite quality standards as per client’s requirement.
• Liaising with sub-cons for timely delivery of materials and services.
• Check drawings discrepancy and coordinate all construction drawings.
• Coordinate the maintenance and defect rectification works.
• Supervising construction works and ensure buildings works are completed on time, within budget and conform to good quality standard, construction drawings and contract documents.

Qualification:

• minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Fresh Grads are welcomed
• Must possess own transport
• able to work overtime
• Willing to make occasional outstation travel outside Klang Valley
• Language : Bahasa Melayu and English (Required)
