Jawatan Kosong Maintenance Superviosr Site in Kuala Lumpur

Job Purpose

To manage all site maintenance documentation, defect records, administrative functions and the Maintenance Command Area, ensuring accurate documentation, real-time reporting and operational support for the Site Maintenance Team.

Job Responsibilities

1. Document Control

• Manage and maintain all maintenance-related documents and records.
• Ensure proper filing of Work Orders, Inspection Forms, Checklists and Reports.
• Maintain both hardcopy and electronic filing systems.

2. Defect Administration

• Register all customer defect complaints in the Defect Management System.
• Update the Defect Tracker on a daily basis.
• Maintain Before & After photo records.
• Prepare defect status reports for the Maintenance Supervisor.

3. Maintenance Command Area Management

• Maintain and update the Maintenance Command Area daily.
• Ensure the following information is always current:
• Outstanding Defects
• Daily Work Schedule
• Weekly & Monthly KPIs
• Preventive Maintenance Schedule
• Contractor Progress
• Technician Attendance
• Safety Information
• Ensure the Command Area remains organised, accurate and serves as the operational information centre for the site.

4. Administrative Support

• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with daily administrative tasks.
• Coordinate appointments with residents, contractors and consultants.
• Prepare letters, memos, reports and meeting minutes.
• Support documentation for handover inspections and defect closure.

5. Data & Record Management

• Maintain maintenance databases and operational records.
• Update inventory and material usage records.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.

6. Customer Service Support

• Record and monitor customer complaints.
• Update customers on maintenance progress when required.
• Coordinate inspection and repair appointments.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,200.00 per month

Work Location: In person
