• Oversee the complete accounting cycle, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and payroll management. (FULL SET OF ACCOUNT)
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
• Perform bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
• Assist with tax filings, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations and corporate policies.
• Support the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, providing accurate financial data to aid in strategic decision-making.
• Oversee and manage the closing processes at the end of each month and year, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Provide comprehensive support during audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
• Analyze financial performance metrics, identifying trends and variances, and recommend actionable improvements for cost efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably within a holding company or multi-entity environment/ manufacturing sector.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Experience with ERP systems is an added advantage.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
