We are seeking a driven, commercially minded Business Development (BD) / Account Manager to drive our agency’s client acquisition and revenue growth. In this role, you will act as the primary hunter, identifying market opportunities, pitching our staffing solutions to hiring decision-makers, and securing new corporate accounts. Key Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition (Hunting): Drive end-to-end B2B sales cycles by prospecting, cold-outreach, networking, and pitching recruitment services to HR Directors, Talent Acquisition Heads, and C-suite executives.
• Account Strategy & Expansion: Map target accounts, analyze market hiring trends, and position our agency as a preferred vendor for contingency and retained search solutions.
• Needs Analysis & Pitching: Conduct discovery calls to uncover clients' organizational pain points, skill gaps, and talent pipeline challenges, then tailor high-impact service proposals.
• Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contract terms, fee structures, service level agreements (SLAs), and exclusive search terms with prospective clients.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Hand off secured job orders (requisitions) smoothly to the internal recruitment/delivery team, ensuring clear communication regarding candidate profiles, client expectations, and timelines.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate CRM records, track outreach metrics, forecast revenue, and hit monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 2–5+ years of proven B2B sales experience, ideally within a recruitment agency, executive search firm, or HR-tech solutions environment.
• Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of corporate structures, labor markets, and what drives workforce planning and hiring decisions.
• Communication & Persuasion: Exceptional executive presence, verbal communication, and presentation skills; comfortable pitching to senior leadership.
• Resilience & Drive: A hunter’s mindset with a track record of exceeding sales targets, navigating objections, and building a pipeline from scratch.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
