Jawatan Kosong Human Resource Executive in Kuantan

Position: HR Executive

Salary: RM2,500 - RM3,000

Working Hours: Monday - Saturday (9.00AM - 5.00PM)

Location: A1, Kompleks Kilang Halal Pahang, Taman Teknologi Pahang Gambang, 26300 Kuantan, Pahang

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for various positions, particularly live hosts and production team members.

2. Oversee the performance management process, including setting KPIs, conducting performance reviews, and providing feedback to staff.

3. Implement performance improvement plans where necessary to ensure staff meet company standards and goals.

4. Handle all HR-related tasks concerning foreign workers, including legal documentation, work permits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

5. Act as a liaison between the company and relevant authorities to ensure all doreign worker policies are adhered to.

6. Manage and resolve employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.

7. Monitor and analyze staff turnover rates, developing strategies to reduce turnover and improve employee retention.

8. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in all disciplinary actions.

9. Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including payroll processing, benefits administration, employee onboarding and off-boarding, and policy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
