The Business Support & Admin Executive provides administrative support to the Sales and Engineering teams by preparing quotations, sourcing products, coordinating with customers and suppliers, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations based on customer's requirements.
• Follow up with customers on quotation status.
• Source products and request quotations from suppliers.
• Compare supplier quotations and delivery lead times.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Provide general administrative support and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Experience in sales support or administration is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
