Hidayah Medic Sdn Bhd Jobs Jun 2026

• Prepare and update doctors’ weekly and monthly schedules.
• Update locum information, including attendance, vouchers, and statements.
• Coordinate and invite doctors for Continuing Medical Education (CME) sessions.
• Maintain and update patient data records.
• Draft and prepare company memos, letters, and Purchase Requisitions.
• Handle building utility applications (in coordination with the Operations Associate).
• Request quotations and liaise with suppliers related to clinic operations (excluding medical supplies/medications.
• Review and manage clinic bills, clinic licenses, vehicle licenses, and parking lot arrangements.
• File, organize, and manage company documents systematically.
• Monitor and check HQ stationery inventory; raise Purchase Requisition (PR) for replenishment.
• Review and manage incoming emails for all branches.
• Update and maintain company asset records, including additions and disposals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Administrative (with account basis): 1 year (Required)

Language:

• Malay (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
