Key Responsibilities:

Offline Marketing:

• Develop and execute innovative offline marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and patient engagement.
• Organize and manage community outreach programs, health fairs, and local events to promote Klinik Dr. Najwa's services.
• Collaborate with local businesses, schools, and community organizations to build strong partnerships and expand our reach.
• Create and distribute marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, posters, and banners, to increase awareness of our clinic and its services.
• Plan and execute traditional advertising campaigns, including print ads in local newspapers, magazines, and radio spots. Coordinate sponsorship and participation in relevant community events to enhance the clinic’s presence and reputation.
• Conduct market research to identify local market trends and opportunities for growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets to secure press coverage and enhance public relations efforts.

Panel Clinics:

• Identify and establish partnerships with panel clinics and corporate clients to expand Klinik Dr. Najwa’s patient base. Develop and maintain relationships with HR departments of companies to include the clinic in their list of panel clinics.
• Coordinate with insurance companies and TPAs (Third Party Administrators) to facilitate smooth inclusion of the clinic in their networks.
• Ensure compliance with panel clinic agreements and manage the necessary documentation and processes. Monitor and evaluate the performance and utilization of panel clinic agreements, making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing (at least 1 year), preferably in the healthcare or related industry.
• Strong understanding of both offline and digital marketing tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
• Proficient in using marketing analytics tools to measure campaign performance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in establishing and managing panel clinic agreements is a plus.
