Jawatan Kosong Operation Assistant in Kajang

• Packing and Shipping: Efficiently pack ecommerce parcels according to established guidelines and shipping requirements. Ensure parcels are accurately labeled and prepared for shipment to customers or distribution centers.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels of products and supplies. Regularly update inventory records to reflect incoming stock, returns, and outgoing shipments. Notify management of any discrepancies or low stock levels to prevent shortages.
• Order Processing: Assist in processing online orders by picking items from inventory, packing them securely, and preparing shipping labels. Coordinate with logistics partners for timely pickup and delivery.
• Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on packed parcels to ensure they meet company standards for presentation and safety during transit.
• Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain organized records of inventory levels, packing slips, and shipping documents. Update systems and databases with accurate information regarding stock levels and order fulfillment status.
• Customer Service Support: Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, shipping information, and product availability. Provide assistance and solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.
