Job Descriptions :

• Manpower Planning: Develop and get approval for a detailed plan on the company's staffing needs to ensure the right talent and skills are in place to meet business goals.
• Monitor & Report: Track manpower activities, compare actual staff movements with the plan, and take necessary action to address any differences.
• Stay Updated: Keep up with local and global HR trends in manpower planning and suggest improvements to boost productivity.
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Handle the hiring process—from posting jobs and scheduling interviews to conducting orientation for new employees.
• Training & Development: Coordinate employee training sessions, track progress, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Performance Management: Assist with performance appraisals and offer support to both managers and employees.
• HR Policies & Culture: Help develop and implement HR policies to foster a positive and inclusive workplace.
• Other Tasks: Perform additional HR and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements :

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience: Previous experience in HR or training, ideally in a retail environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRDC portal.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Personal Traits: Passion for learning and growth.
• Work Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM3,500.00 per month
