Key Responsibilities

1. Office Billing & Documentation

• Manage and process routine office billing and invoices in a timely manner.
• Organize and maintain company documents, and confidential HR files (both digital and hard copies).
• Ensure proper record-keeping and easy retrieval of administrative files.

2. Basic HR Support

• Help onboard new team members (preparing welcome kits, setting up files, basic orientations).
• Support general recruitment logistics, such as scheduling interviews, documents compiling

3. Company-to-Staff Engagement & Social Media

• Plan and execute internal employee engagement activities (e.g., team building, festive celebrations, sports events).
• Create and post engaging content/updates on the company’s internal and external social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Threads) to showcase company culture.
• Act as a key liaison to foster positive team culture and clear communication across departments.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Prior experience in administrative, HR support, or office management roles is a plus (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!).
• Tech Savvy: Familiar with standard social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) for basic posting and engagement.
