About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Management Intern who is curious about how great products are built and wants hands-on experience solving real customer and business problems.

You’ll work closely with our Product, Design, and Development teams throughout the product lifecycle, from understanding user problems and defining requirements to working with developers and launching features.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys asking “Why?”, thinking from the user’s perspective, and turning ambiguous problems into clear product solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Developers throughout the product development lifecycle
• Conduct user and market research to understand customer needs
• Identify product problems and opportunities
• Analyse user feedback, product data, and business requirements
• Help define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Work with designers to improve user flows and product experiences
• Collaborate with developers to clarify requirements and support implementation
• Assist with planning, prioritisation, and feature delivery
• Test new features and identify issues before release
• Monitor product performance and gather feedback after launch
• Prepare product documentation, presentations, and product updates
• Support Product Managers in day-to-day product discovery and delivery

What We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated from Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Product Design, UX/UI, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Curious about users, technology, and business
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Able to organise information and turn complex problems into clear requirements
• Comfortable working with both Product and Development teams
• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and take ownership
• A product mindset, you enjoy understanding problems, asking questions, and finding better solutions

Bonus Points

• Experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or other design/prototyping tools
• Experience conducting user research or usability testing
• Basic understanding of software development
• Familiarity with AI products or AI tools
• Understanding of UI/UX and product design
• Able to communicate in Mandarin
• Previous experience building a personal project or product
• Portfolio, case study, or side project demonstrating your product thinking
