Store Operations Management

• Oversee the daily operations of the store to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Ensure the store is well-maintained, clean, organised and presentable at all times.
• Ensure all company policies, SOPs and operational procedures are properly implemented.
• Monitor store opening and closing procedures.

Sales & Target Achievement

• Drive store sales performance and ensure monthly sales targets are achieved.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to maximise sales opportunities.
• Monitor daily sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Motivate the team to achieve individual and overall store sales targets.
• Ensure all promotions, campaigns and marketing activities are properly executed.

Team Management

• Lead, supervise and motivate the retail team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Prepare staff duty rosters and manage manpower according to store requirements.
• Conduct staff training, coaching and performance evaluations.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality and work performance.
• Ensure proper communication and teamwork among all staff members.

Visual Merchandising & Store Display

• Ensure product displays and visual merchandising follow company guidelines.
• Maintain attractive product presentation and appropriate stock arrangement.
• Ensure promotional materials, price tags and POSM are displayed correctly.
• Work closely with the VM team to execute seasonal displays and campaigns.

Stock & Inventory Management

• Monitor stock levels and ensure proper stock replenishment.
• Oversee stock receiving, transfers, returns and inventory checking.
• Minimise stock discrepancies, damages and losses.
• Ensure proper stockroom organisation and inventory control.
• Conduct regular stock checks and participate in scheduled stocktakes.

Customer Service

• Ensure the team provides excellent customer service at all times.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate matters when necessary.
• Maintain a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Reporting & Administration

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly sales reports when required.
• Monitor store expenses and ensure proper cost control.
• Ensure accurate cashiering procedures and POS transactions.
• Coordinate with HQ and other departments on operational matters.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
