Jawatan Kosong Personal Driver in Johor Bahru

What you will do in this role:

• Safely and responsibly drive the company's Director to and from various locations, meetings, appointments, and events.
• Plan and organize efficient routes to ensure timely arrival at destinations, considering traffic and road conditions.
• Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle, performing regular inspections and scheduled maintenance.
• Ensure the vehicle is fueled, cleaned, and in proper working order at all times.
• Assist the Director with loading/unloading luggage, packages, and other items as needed.
• Uphold a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion in all interactions and duties.
• Follow all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies while driving.
• Provide assistance to the Director as required, such as running errands or performing occasional administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and other vehicle-related expenses.
• To perform other tasks assigned by superior from time to time.

What you will need for this role:

• Proven experience as a company driver or in a similar role, preferably working with high-level executives or directors.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent knowledge of traffic laws, routes, and navigation tools/gadgets.
• Punctual and reliable with a strong commitment to safety.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
• Physical ability to lift and carry heavy items if necessary.
• Flexibility with working hours and schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends.
