Jawatan Kosong Purchase & Admin Executive in Seremban

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end purchasing: supplier sourcing, price comparison, negotiation, PO issuance, and follow-up.
• Supplier - packing materials, advertisement.
• Motor vehicle exp - insurance, road tax, upkeep, inspection.
• Rent of property - tenancy agreement, quit rent and assessment, rental payment collection
• Track delivery schedules, invoices, and DOs to ensure timely arrival of goods.
• Build and maintain supplier database, monitor cost and quality.
• Manage office administration: supplies, maintenance, document control, and company properties.
• License application and renewal - government, local council, utilities
• Events - exhibition and others
• Support management with document preparation and coordination across departments.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Purchasing, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing and administration.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and cost-control skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel.
• Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese. Responsible, detail-oriented, independent, and team-driven.
