Jawatan Kosong Showroom Consultant in Kota Bharu

Job description:

• Promote and market company products to walk-in customers
• Provide excellent customer service
• Build & expand customer database to achieve sales KPI
• Meet submission deadline for design drawings
• Answer customer calls and handle customer inquiries through various channels such as phone calls and message, providing timely responses and professional solutions.
• Assist customers in processing and tracking orders, ensuring accurate and timely order information and providing customers with order status and shipping information.
• Record customer feedback and complaints, provide timely feedback to Customer Service Department.
• Creative to customer relationships, establish good communication and trust with customers, and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• To carry out other duties as instructed and arranged by superior from time to time.
• New duties may be added and existing ones deleted as and when requirements change.
