Pintas Utama Sdn Bhd Jobs Ogos 2026

Responsibilities:

• Assist in data entry and updating sales records.
• Prepare and organize sales-related documents and reports.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks and filing.
• Assist in monitoring customer orders and delivery status.
• Handle photocopying, scanning, and document preparation.
• Maintain proper documentation and record keeping.
• Assist in coordinating with internal departments when required.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
