This role is ideal for individuals who are ready to hone their skills under the guidance of our experienced mentors and contribute to our dynamic kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with food preparation according to recipes and quality standards
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
• Support the Head Chef and other kitchen staff in daily operations
• Maintain food hygiene and safety standards
• Prepare ingredients and manage portion sizes as directed
• Participate in learning sessions and apply new techniques as taught by mentors

Qualifications:

• Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Culinary Arts, Pastry Arts, or a related field
• Passionate about food and eager to learn
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
