JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, Cashbook, GL), record payment and receipt transactions accurately in the accounting system (SQL).
• Prepare and issue sales invoices, credit notes, purchase orders, and quotations. Monitor receivables and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Process supplier invoices, staff claims, advance payment and ensuring complete supporting documents and compliance with company policies.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end account closing activities.
• Perform bank, supplier, customer, and intercompany reconciliations.
• Maintain proper filing, documentation and financial records in accordance with company practices.
• Liaise with auditors and tax agents and provide the required information and documentation during audits and tax.
• Liaise with internal departments, vendors, customers, auditors and external parties on accounting matters.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor and the Management from time to time.

REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• Minimum 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience in accounting.
• Familiarity with accounting software; knowledge of SQL Accounting System will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality when handling financial information.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
