Job Description

Position : Production Supervisor

Job Location : Batu Maung

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily production for SMT and Box build assembly to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
• Implement and optimize manufacturing processes to improve yield, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
• Support new product introductions (NPI) by setting up and validating new processes and equipment.
• Monitor production data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for process and equipment-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies, including safety and quality requirements.

Job Requirements:

• At least Diploma or equivalent in any discipline
• At least 5 years in Supervisory level
• Willing to work shift
• Good communication, time management, organize & with leadership abilities.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
