Job Description

• Assist in organizing, preparing and coordinating for Continuing Professional Developments (CPD) series
• Responsible for the proper functioning of the Institute's office with respect to office security, staffing, office equipment, office' vehicles, fitting and consumables.
• Responsible for liaising with clients including responding to queries and request for institute's services.
• Perform any duties as directed by the Executive Director, Senior Manager, and other authorized personnel, including helping with research and providing clinical services to clients.
• The administrative assistant is directly responsible to the senior manager and executive director.

Requirements:

• Bachelor in any related field (science field is an added advantage)
• Good command of spoken & written English and Bahasa with computer skills
• Able to go outstation
• Able to multitask and a good team player
• Have pleasant and cheerful personality

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 per month
