Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily security operations at client sites.
• Prepare duty schedules and ensure guards’ attendance and discipline.
• Conduct regular and spot site inspections.
• Handle client complaints and provide prompt feedback.
• Prepare daily patrol and monthly operation reports.
• Assist in the recruitment and placement of security personnel.
• Act as liaison between the company and clients on all security matters.

Requirements:

• Malaysian citizen, male only.
• Age between 25–45 years old.
• Possess a valid D driving license and own transport.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in security operations or related field.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month

Work Location: In person
