Jawatan Kosong Sales & Marketing Intern in Johor Bahru

Job Overview:

As a Sales Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our revenue growth by helping to acquire new clients and expand our customer base. You will assist in identifying prospects, building relationships, and effectively communicating the value of our software solutions to potential clients. If you are passionate about sales and technology, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients through channels such as cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
• Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and present tailored solutions.
• Assist in delivering product demonstrations and presentations to showcase software features and benefits.
• Collaborate with all stakeholders to develop and execute strategic initiatives for lead generation and conversion.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
• Support the team in meeting sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Interest in gaining sales experience, preferably in the software industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Highly motivated and results-oriented.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Ability to speak Mandarin fluently is highly desirable.
