Jawatan Kosong DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE in Klang

We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to support and coordinate regional marketing initiatives across the Asia Pacific region.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing digital campaigns, creating content, analysing campaign performance, and working with regional stakeholders to strengthen brand visibility and generate business leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, propose and execute digital marketing strategies to improve social media engagement, brand visibility and lead generation.
• Develop and publish effective social media, digital communication and promotional content for regional marketing campaigns.
• Manage and maintain company social media channels, ensuring content is accurate, timely and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Coordinate online marketing activities across the APAC region, including campaigns involving the China market.
• Ensure digital content complies with relevant regional brand, legal and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor campaign performance, social media analytics, market trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare and present marketing performance reports with practical recommendations for improvement.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, regional teams, agencies and external vendors.
• Support exhibitions, trade shows, events and other marketing-related activities when required.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Communication or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably within a B2B manufacturing, plastics and polymers, industrial or technology environment.
• Experience supporting regional marketing campaigns or working with companies, customers, partners or vendors from China would be highly advantageous.
• Practical experience in social media marketing, content marketing, SEO, digital analytics and campaign performance reporting.
• Exposure to AI Search Optimization, Generative Engine Optimization—also known as AI GEO—and AI-powered search would be an advantage.
• Familiarity with platforms such as LinkedIn, WeChat, WeChat Channels, Baidu, Naver, EDM platforms or other regional digital channels would be beneficial.
• Experience producing articles, press releases, website content, SEO content or marketing materials.
• Basic design or video-editing skills using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or similar tools would be advantageous.
• Strong analytical, communication, project-management and stakeholder-management skills.
• Able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines while working independently in a lean marketing environment.
• Willing to work in Southern Klang Valley, Selangor
• Mandarin proficiency, particularly written Chinese, would be a strong added advantage due to regular coordination with China-based vendors, partners and regional counterparts.

• Their experience in content writing, SEO, AI GEO, website management and EDM campaigns.
• Their design and video-editing capabilities.

• Examples of one or two campaigns, exhibitions, trade shows or marketing events they personally managed, including their role, tools used, results achieved, challenges faced and lessons learned.
