CRYSTAL SAFETY GLASS (M) SDN BHD Job Vacancies September 2026

Responsibilities:

• Handling incoming requisition, source, analyse quotes, negotiate for terms and conditions, process purchase order and invoicing and negotiate for the best pricing.
• Obtain relevant quotation from potential and existing supplier.
• Coordinate and negotiate with suppliers.
• Perform purchase delivery planning, delivery control and stock control of materials.
• To monitor purchasing activities.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers on material purchase prices, terms & conditions, advertisements and promotional activities.
• To upkeep all records and document under purchasing department in proper filing system.
• To monitor and provide all purchasing information and reporting to the superior.
• manage suppliers for on time delivery and quality products.
• Assist Director with day to day functions and urgent property issues.
• Handling both tenant and administrative services in an efficient manner, leading and running assigned properties to ensure smooth running and customer satisfaction.
• Processed new tenant lease agreement, lease amendments and lease termination.
• To liaise with government agencies whenever necessary regarding property issues.
• Monitor, analyses and process property insurance, utility bills, quit rent and etc.
• Maintain property inspection reports, keep & track fire inspection / service report.
• Respond to tenant service request, coordinate vendor work order, place follow up calls to tenant and send tenant notification.
• Prepare and distribute tenant rent statement and ensure collection of accounts receivable.
• Other duties as delegated from time to time as and whenever necessary.

Requirements:

• Possess at least Diploma / Advance / Higher / Graduate Diploma in any field.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in Purchasing.
• Able to handle large volume of data & perform close monitoring.
• Resourceful, good communication and negotiation skills.
• Good team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deadlines.
• Good business judgement.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
