Job Descriptions:

• Assist in implementing rehab plans under senior supervision
• Conduct home visits for elderly patients post-discharge or post-illness
• Support group programs or 1:1 sessions for posture correction and mobility strengthening
• Educate caregivers on daily movement practices and safe home setup
• Keep accurate treatment records and update senior on progress
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and outcomes
• Perform in-home assessments of patients’ physical conditions, limitations, and medical history
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s specific needs and goals
• Monitor, document, and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatments as necessary
• Ensure patient safety during all therapy sessions and home environment checks
• Encourage patient independence and support functional recovery for activities of daily living
• Advise on home modifications or equipment to improve mobility and safety
• Participate in ongoing professional development and stay updated on best practices

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Physiotherapy
• Currently registered and licensed to practice as a Physiotherapist under MAHPC in Malaysia
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
• Able to travel for home visits (own transport preferred)
• Passionate about community-based care and elderly support
• Strong understanding of physiotherapy principles, techniques and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-center care
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skill

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
