Jawatan Kosong Internship Application – Management / HR & Finance / Admin & Marketing in Taiping

INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

We are inviting motivated and enthusiastic students to join our team as interns in the following fields:

1. Management (Student Administration) Internship

2. HR & Finance Internship

3. Admin & Marketing Internship

About the Internship

This internship provides hands-on industry experience in a professional education (college) and office environment. Interns will gain practical skills, exposure to real operations, and the opportunity to work closely with experienced staff in administrative and institutional processes.

Responsibilities

1. Management (Student Administration) Intern

• Manage student enrollment records and documentation
• Assist in student data entry and filing system
• Organize and update student databases
• Support registration, admission, and enrollment processes
• Ensure proper record keeping and document control

2. HR & Finance Intern

• Assist in HR documentation and employee records
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes
• Help with basic payroll and financial data entry
• Assist in budgeting and expense tracking

3. Admin & Marketing Intern

• Handle general office administration tasks
• Assist in social media management (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Create simple marketing content and posters
• Support promotional activities and campaigns
• Conduct basic market research

Requirements

• Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Word)
• Canva or digital marketing skills (bonus for marketing role)
• Responsible, organized, and willing to learn
• Minimum internship duration: 3–6 months
