Job Description:

Are you a charismatic and engaging individual with a passion for beauty and cosmetics? Do you thrive in front of the camera, captivating audiences with your personality and knowledge? If so, we're seeking a talented Live Host to join our team at The Raw. As our Live Host, you'll play a crucial role in showcasing our brand and products to our audience through live streams and virtual events.

Responsibilities:

• Host live streaming events on our social media platforms to showcase The Raw products and engage with our audience in real-time.
• Research and prepare engaging content and talking points for live streams, ensuring that key product features and benefits are effectively communicated to viewers.
• Interact with viewers during live streams, answering questions, addressing comments, and fostering a sense of community and engagement.
• Collaborate with our marketing and product teams to coordinate live streaming schedules and promotions, ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns and objectives.
• Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and customer feedback to enhance live streaming content and strategies.

Requirements:

• Charismatic and confident on-camera presence with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for beauty and cosmetics with a deep understanding of industry trends and product knowledge.
• Proven experience hosting live streams or virtual events, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
• Strong improvisational skills with the ability to engage and interact with viewers in real-time.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities and schedules.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
• Able to work in the HQ office located at Section 15, Shah Alam

Working Hours:

Rotational shifts from 8:00 AM to 2:00 AM, Monday to Sunday

8-hour shifts with 5 working days and 2 flexible days off per week.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
