Deskripsi Tugas

• Memastikan aliran kerja dalam aktiviti perancangan berjalan lancar dan cekap.
• Memastikan kualiti produk adalah mengikut spesifikasi produk.
• Membantu memastikan semakan pelaksanaan dan keberkesanan sistem serta prosedur kualiti dan pemeriksaan adalah mengikut SOP.
• Membantu dalam pengendalian dan tindakan terhadap bahan dalam proses / produk siap yang tidak mematuhi spesifikasi.
• Bertanggungjawab memastikan rekod pemeriksaan harian adalah tepat dan lengkap.
• Memastikan pekerja mematuhi semua amalan kualiti dan keselamatan pekerja.
• Membantu memastikan pengeluaran dan penghantaran produk melebihi 80%.
• Membantu memastikan kadar penolakan (reject) pengeluaran keseluruhan adalah di bawah 3.0% daripada jumlah output sebulan.
• Mematuhi semua keperluan pemakaian peralatan perlindungan diri (PPE) dan keselamatan.
• Memastikan pelaksanaan dan amalan 5S yang baik di tempat kerja dan jabatan sendiri.
• Memastikan rekod kehadiran adalah mengikut peraturan yang ditetapkan.
• Melaksanakan tugasan lain yang diarahkan oleh Ketua Jabatan dari semasa ke semasa.
