Job Objective

We are seeking friendly, hardworking individuals to deliver excellent service and support in our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests politely.
• Accurately take orders and suggest menu items.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations and the restaurant.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages safely, ensuring consistent quality.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Clear tables promptly after guests leave.
• Adhere to hygiene, safety, and company standards.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: PMR/SPM.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Positive attitude and strong team spirit.
• Physically fit to stand for long hours.
• Neat, polite, and well-groomed appearance.
• Energetic, cheerful, and eager to learn.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
