The candidate is to ensure the delivery of the highest standard of medical care and contributing to the overall performance of the hospital.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing patient care: Overseeing the clinical aspects of patient care, ensuring high-quality service and compliance with hospital policies and clinical best practices.
• Clinical leadership: Leading the medical team, ensuring effective communication between shifts, and managing the clinical staff.
• Emergency response: Acting on behalf of consultants during emergencies, including cardiac arrest situations and other medical emergencies.
• Patient education: Providing counseling and education to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment options.
• Administrative duties: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and adhering to hospital policies and confidentiality protocols.

Qualifications and Experience

• Graduate with a bachelor degree in medicine and surgery (MBBS) or an equivalent medical degree.
• Master speaking in English and Mandarin, on top of Bahasa Malaysia.
• Register with the Malaysian Medical Council.
• Always have a valid Annual Practice Certification (APC).
• Gain at least three to five years of experience working in a related field.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
