Position Summary:

Are you passionate about making a difference in the eyecare industry? As the Business Development Lead, Eyecare, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and expanding our reach across various eye-care disciplines, including Opticians, Optometrists, Ophthalmologists, Refractive Surgeons, Cataract Surgeons, and Retina Specialists. You will be at the forefront of developing and executing strategies that present our total eyecare solutions with a unified approach, creating new sales channels, and driving customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with senior management to identify, develop, and execute innovative strategies for penetrating diverse eye care disciplines, focusing on building strong relationships with Ophthalmologists, Refractive Surgeons, Cataract Surgeons, and Retina Specialists.
  • Market Analysis: Stay ahead of market trends and competition, crafting go-to-market strategies that maximize business opportunities and unlock new potential in the eyecare industry.
  • Product Portfolio Development: Partner with Product Marketing and Training Managers to promote our Myopia Management Portfolio, offering targeted training and referral marketing to the optical retail channel.
  • Workflow Solutions: Define and present tailored workflow solutions for healthcare practitioners, showcasing our cutting-edge vision technology, including screening and diagnostic equipment.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Manager to align marketing campaigns, promotions, and advertising efforts, ensuring a cohesive brand presence that drives new consumer engagement and enhances our visibility across various eye care facilities.
  • Financial Oversight: Take charge of monitoring sales performance, ensuring it aligns with strategic plans, and driving the achievement of financial and operational targets.
  • Continuous Improvement: Establish a monthly sales progress tracking and reporting process, providing insights to optimize our strategies and drive sustained growth.
