Jawatan Kosong Junior Credit & Collection Officer in Kota Kinabalu

1. Responsible for day-to-day MC Collection. Implement innovative ideas and other process improvement exercises that guarantee optimum MC Collection.

2. Assist the MC to identify, set and implement MC Collection standards for all departments under your charge.

3. Assist the MC to review, realign, reengineer and / or fine-tune MC Collection to achieve optimum and maximum efficiency.

4. Assist the MC to develop, evaluate and action MC Collection operation methods, processes, equipment capabilities, quality standards, cost and system to exceed Company expectations.

5. Constantly look into the improvement of workflow, work efficiency, work quality and work innovation. Focus on better and more cost-effective methods.

6. To answer any enquiries from resident regarding payment & outstanding

7. To attend any enquiries from buyer regarding his / her units.

8. To compile & preparation for legal demand letter on outstanding unit

9. To contact unit owner for updating collection

10. To prepare reminder/notices to resident.

11. To prepare list of water disconnection list.

12. To ensure water disconnection exercise carry out accordingly

13. To update resident latest info & reachable address for billing purpose

14. To relieve colleagues on daily works when they outstation or on leave.

15. To undertake any other related job function as given by superior from time to time.

16. Prepare timely and accurate reports / documents as required by superior.

17. Responsible to key in billings and post into PROMIS

18. Verify billings before authorizing MC Clerk to print the bills

19. Sort and distribute the bills

20. Performs all other scope of works and/or responsibilities which can vary from time-to-time, as instructed by the Management.

21. In all circumstances, as a team member of the Company, you shall be required to assist in any Company event and activity that is held.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
