Jawatan Kosong Outdoor Technician Wiring & Installation in Ipoh

About OSD: OSD sells and installs CCTV systems, smart home products, alarm systems, and network cables. We provide top-quality service and the latest technology to our customers.

Job Summary: We are looking for a hardworking Outdoor Technician. You will be responsible for wiring and installing Cat 6 network cables and setting up security and smart home systems at customer sites. Knowing how to crimp network cables is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and wire Cat 6 network cables at customer sites.
• Install CCTV systems, smart home products, and alarm systems.
• Visit sites to plan the best installation methods.
• Fix any problems that come up during installations.
• Make sure all installations follow safety rules and regulations.
• Provide great customer service and support to clients.
• Keep accurate records of installations and service visits.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
• Experience in installing and wiring network cables, especially Cat 6.
• Knowledge of crimping network cables is a big plus.
• Experience installing CCTV systems, smart home products, and alarm systems.
• Ability to work outside in various weather conditions.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• A GDL license to drive a van is highly valued, and having a car license is also beneficial.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
