Job Scope

• Greet customers politely and take beverage orders accurately.
• Recommend drinks and menu items to customers based on their preferences.
• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards and recipes.
• Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all drinks served.
• Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally and courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, counter, machines, utensils, and preparation area at all times.
• Support other team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.

Requirement

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in hospitality or F&B.
• Basic knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Bahasa Melayu and English (spoken and written).
• Positive attitude, good teamwork, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work on shift rotations, including weekends and public holidays.
