Job Scope:

• Leading team in daily operations.
• Train and coach team members in accordance with SOPs and company guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service and warm hospitality at all times.
• Submit daily reports and ensure accurate cash handling practices.
• Manage stock inventory, ensure outlet cleanliness, and maintain proper organization.
• Ensure compliance with quality audit checks and achieve passing marks.
• Aggressive in pushing sales.

Requirements:
