Jawatan Kosong Management Clerk in Jelutong

Location: Penang

Job Type: Full Time

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support daily office operations.
• Prepare and manage official correspondence including letters, memos and notices.
• Draft, record, and distribute meeting minutes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and enquiries in a professional manner.
• Assist customers and residents by providing accurate information and support.
• Receive, verify and process invoices as well as maintain proper documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors contractors, and service providers for company-related matters.
• Maintain filing systems, both digital and physical , ensuring records are updated and organized.
• Assist management in preparing reports, quotations, and other documents.
• Support colleagues and management in completing tasks and projects within declines.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum SPM/ Diploma in Business Administration, Management or related field.
• 1 year of relevant experience in administration/ clerical duties preferred (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply) .
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Positive attitude, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Customer service-oriented and able to handle inquiries with professionalism.

WORKING HOURS:

Monday - Friday : 9.00am- 6.00pm

Saturday : 9.00am-1.00pm
