Parcel Locker Business Development Executive

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our parcel locker solutions team. This role focuses on driving sales, establishing strategic partnerships, and expanding our parcel locker network. Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the logistics, e-commerce, retail, and real estate sectors.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and strategic partners.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Market Research and Strategy:
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide input into the development of pricing strategies and promotional plans.
  • Sales Execution:
  • Drive end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and product development, to align solutions with client requirements.
  • Provide regular feedback on market trends and customer preferences to support product innovation.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and agreements in CRM systems.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, or technology sectors.
  • Skills:
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make informed decisions.
