Jawatan Kosong Clinic Assistant in Melaka

Key Responsibilities:

1. Case Registration & Documentation

• Register incoming cases accurately into the system
• Maintain organised records for all cases and supporting documents
• Track case status and assist with follow-ups when needed

2. Invoicing & Billing

• Prepare and issue invoices to customers accurately and on time
• Ensure consistency between case records and invoicing details

3. Customer Service & Coordination

• Communicate with dentists/clients via WhatsApp, phone, or email
• Handle enquiries related to cases, pricing, delivery, and timelines
• Coordinate case collection and delivery with customers or couriers

4. Marketing Support

• Assist in preparing simple marketing posts for social media
• Organise case photos and basic content for marketing use
• Support promotional or outreach activities when required

5. Inventory Management

• Monitor lab inventory (materials, consumables, packaging)
• Record stock usage and inform management when restocking is required
• Assist in receiving and organising lab supplies

6. General Administrative Support

• Data entry, filing, and basic reporting
• Support daily lab operations and ad-hoc administrative tasks

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
