Job Location: Kuantan (MCKIP Industrial Area)

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 8am-6pm (Break: 12pm-2pm)
• Saturday: 8am-1pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle the full spectrum of company accounts (AR / AP / GL / Bank Reconciliation)
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Manage transportation-related expenses (fuel, maintenance, driver costs, etc.)
• Assist with tax submissions (SST / Income Tax / Withholding Tax)
• Liaise with auditors and management as needed
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

Candidate Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting / Finance
• Minimum of 5 years of experience (must independently manage full set accounts)
• Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
• Proficient with Malaysian accounting and tax practices
• Skilled in using accounting systems and Excel
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle pressure
