Jawatan Kosong sales coordinator in Puchong

• To assist sales person and compile all CRM data and revenue
• Perform bookkeeping and keep track of inventory
• Liaise with customers or suppliers and inter-department communication on enquiries, orders, invoicing or other feedback
• Responsible for billing process , issuance of Sales Order, Delivery Order & Invoices
• Ensure data, invoices, statements and other documentation are accurate and in order
• Provide sales admin and service support
• Lead regular inventory control. Conduct monthly stock count with high accuracy. Report any discrepancies.
• Label, organize, cleaning store and rack systematically.
• Issues store documents and filing.
• Assist and support store management in running the store successfully.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, safety, hygiene, and regulations.
• Any other ad hoc assignment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
